Our Optimum quality improvement outsourcing assessment is a deep dive on current processes, infrastructure, departments, staff and more. The assessment is conducted by one of our expert healthcare consultant and includes: 

  • Annual deep dive over last 6 months.

  • Complete annual QA plan with identified indicators and annual QAPI summary.

  • Assistance with Annual Agency Evaluation completion.

  • Review of Emergency Preparedness plan for completion and annual drills with evaluation to the Board of Directors.

  • Review of annual required meeting minutes.

  • QA monitor of 25% sample of active and discharged patient charts.

  • Audit 25% sample of HR personnel files with recommendations as needed.

  • Review of location (virtually).

  • Review of required policy and procedures per accreditation.

  • Dedicated GAINS assessment path to success summary.

  • DOES NOT INCLUDE:

    Monitor / trend / aggregate mandatory logs: patient infections, incident reports, complaints or satisfaction surveys.

    Education to staff on areas that are out of compliance and/or new regulations available at hourly rate.

  • All hourly consulting and customer support contracts are to be paid in advance in accordance with the terms of the contract. Neither qualify for refunds. Unused time in your hourly or support contract can be used for credit towards upcoming work.
