Our Standard quality improvement outsourcing assessment is a deep dive on current processes, infrastructure, departments, staff and more. The assessment is conducted by one of our expert healthcare consultant and includes: 

  • Deep dive over the last 30 days to 3 months.

  • Education to staff on areas that are out of compliance and/or new regulations.

  • Monitor of a 10% census sample of active and discharged patient charts.

  • Sample of  10% HR charts with recommendations as needed.

  • Monitoring / aggregation / trending of indicators with established targets.

  • Establish performance improvement plans for correction of identified areas in collaboration with agency staff.

  • Review and assistance of quarterly report for the QAPI Committee.

  • 1 hour of dedicated consultations to assist with implementing changes and more.

  • Dedicated GAINS assessment path to success summary.

  • All hourly consulting and customer support contracts are to be paid in advance in accordance with the terms of the contract. Neither qualify for refunds. Unused time in your hourly or support contract can be used for credit towards upcoming work.
